Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship globally from San Francisco (except some Asian and remote areas). Delivery times:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL/FedEx
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you can track every step. EMS tracking may have limited updates.
What if my package doesn’t arrive on time?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please email [email protected] to initiate a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days and typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days depending on your payment method.
