Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Your satisfaction is as important to us as proper paddle technique is to your stroke.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- PFD’s & Lifejackets with removed tags or signs of wear
- Paddle Parts that have been installed or modified
- Any products purchased during clearance sales
How to Return Your Item
Step 1: Request Authorization
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, repackage your items securely in the original packaging with all included accessories. For kayaks and larger items, ensure all parts are properly secured to prevent damage during transit.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
Want to exchange for a different model or size? Follow the return process above and include a note about your desired exchange. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Appearance on Statement: May take additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged item or one with manufacturing defects? Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S., please contact us before returning any items. Some restrictions may apply based on your location.
