Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get you on the water quickly:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipping)

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Contact us before ordering if you have questions about shipping to your location.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind our gear as firmly as you stand in your kayak. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right with our straightforward returns process.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • PFD’s & Lifejackets with removed tags or signs of wear
  • Paddle Parts that have been installed or modified
  • Any products purchased during clearance sales

How to Return Your Item

Step 1: Request Authorization

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved:

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging with all accessories
  • For kayaks and larger items, secure all parts to prevent transit damage

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different model or size? Follow the return process above and include a note about your desired exchange. We’ll process it once we receive your original item.

Refund Information

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Appearance on Statement: May take additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Damaged or Defective Items
